We are engaged in judo and self-defense training. We run a judo school at the kindergarten. Currently we have more than 500 members. We train in 22 teams.

Judo classes for children ages 5 and up and for adults. It doesn’t matter whether you want to compete or just practice judo for the joy of exercise—our doors are always open to you. Our goal is to provide training opportunities for everyone, in accordance with the principles of judo: courtesy, courage, sincerity, honor, modesty, respect, self-control, and friendship.

We are a club focused on martial arts (thaibox, kickboxing, MMA, Boxing). We do trainings for competitors as well as for the public, for those who want to lose excess pounds or to increase physical fitness. We train all age groups.

We operate a martial arts school. We offer classes in conditioning boxing, MMA, Brazilian JIU-JITSU, kettlebell, open mat and gymnastics.

Our goal is to help people grow and improve through physical activity. We specialize in Krav Maga and fitness where we focus on self-defense and physical fitness. Our trainers are experienced and do everything possible to help our clients achieve their goals.

We organize Capoeira training. Trainings are suitable for the general public regardless of age and physical fitness. We develop cooperation both nationally and internationally. We cooperate with smaller, starting clubs in other Czech cities.
