We train MMA and grappling. Whether you are a martial arts enthusiast or have competitive ambitions, you can come to us to practice. We have classes from complete beginners to pro competitors.

We are engaged in judo and self-defense training. We run a judo school at the kindergarten. Currently we have more than 500 members. We train in 22 teams.

Judo classes for children ages 5 and up and for adults. It doesn’t matter whether you want to compete or just practice judo for the joy of exercise—our doors are always open to you. Our goal is to provide training opportunities for everyone, in accordance with the principles of judo: courtesy, courage, sincerity, honor, modesty, respect, self-control, and friendship.

Offering Jiu Jitsu classes for children and adults.

Self-defence, karate, taichi, chi kung, kobudo, kumite and kickboxing classes with a personalised approach. Organizing seminars and competitions.
