We run regular self-defence courses for men, women and girls. We also conduct irregular self-defence seminars and seminars with weapons or law enforcement - telescopic baton etc. To increase physical fitness we train with our own weight and modern fitness supplements in circuit training.

In our self-defense club in Opava we train modern real self-defense krav maga and jiu jitsu, supplemented with work with vital kyusho points. The training is focused on real situations, personal safety and practical defence in everyday life. Training is designed for children, youth and adults.

We offer a harmonious environment for learning yoga and martial arts, meditation, relaxation, self-discovery and finding your path.

We organize Capoeira training. Trainings are suitable for the general public regardless of age and physical fitness. We develop cooperation both nationally and internationally. We cooperate with smaller, starting clubs in other Czech cities.

Offering karate classes, martial arts training, self-defense and sports training for children.

We are engaged in teaching boxing sports for children and adults. We offer classes in fitness boxing, jumping, kickboxing, circuit training, zumba, workout and martial arts. We organize sporting events.

We operate a martial arts school. We offer classes in conditioning boxing, MMA, Brazilian JIU-JITSU, kettlebell, open mat and gymnastics.

We also offer judo classes for the little ones.

Self-defense training. We organize basic self-defense courses for adults, courses for advanced students, special self-defense for children, thematic seminars, regular classes and private lessons.
