We offer 2 types of courses - sports preparation and karate for children, karate and self-defence for adults. Training sessions are held regularly under the guidance of professional trainers.

Aikido - a set of self-defense techniques, helps to keep the body vital, flexible and active, awakens a strong and determined spirit and gives the joy of movement in a non-competitive, friendly atmosphere.

We operate a martial arts school. We offer classes in conditioning boxing, MMA, Brazilian JIU-JITSU, kettlebell, open mat and gymnastics.

We teach the traditional Japanese martial art of drawing the sword quickly and achieving a quick victory over the opponent Takeda Ryu Iaido. The main disciplines of this school are Aiki ju jutsu, Iaido, Ken jutsu, Jodo, Ju-Kempo and Shuriken-jutsu.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Grappling Academy. We also offer introductory MMA classes, self-defense for women, Brazilian HIIT, and exercise classes for seniors. You’ll strengthen your body, toughen your mind, and learn effective martial arts. Classes for children and teens ages 4 and up, men, women, and seniors. There’s a place for everyone here.

Offering Thai boxing and MMA lessons. We offer training for children in martial arts, CMTA, Thai boxing matches, kickboxing.

Training sessions for adults and youth ages 12 and up, and martial arts classes for children ages 4–12. We combine elements of traditional martial arts and modern combat sports with an emphasis on practicality, including self-defense. Comprehensive physical development aimed at mastery in the traditional sense, presented in a fun way, in a safe, non-competitive environment.

Offering judo classes for children.

We offer classical kickboxing and thaiboxing and conditioning kickboxing training. We organize competitions, camps and exhibitions.

Mixed martial arts and Kudo. Development of martial and mental skills.

VING TSUN is a very effective real self-defense system with origins in China. We also teach the effective fighting style of ESCRIMA where you will learn to wield a knife, telescopic baton, pole, machetes and other weapons. In the SECURITY SYSTEM training area, we offer advanced combat and tactical courses.
