Unlike other martial arts, Ving Tsun utilizes all aspects of fighting such as fist strikes, palm strikes, elbows, kicks, grabs and takedowns. Ving Tsun also focuses on ground fighting, fighting against armed attackers, and fighting against multiple attackers.

We teach the traditional Japanese martial art of drawing the sword quickly and achieving a quick victory over the opponent Takeda Ryu Iaido. The main disciplines of this school are Aiki ju jutsu, Iaido, Ken jutsu, Jodo, Ju-Kempo and Shuriken-jutsu.
