Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Grappling Academy. We also offer introductory MMA classes, self-defense for women, Brazilian HIIT, and exercise classes for seniors. Offering martial arts courses. The training consists of training in basic fighting techniques of tai-jutsu (body art = traditional fighting without weapons) and training in fighting with weapons (sword, short sword, poles of different lengths, and other traditional weapons, as well as modern weapons of today).

Aikido - a set of self-defense techniques, helps to keep the body vital, flexible and active, awakens a strong and determined spirit and gives the joy of movement in a non-competitive, friendly atmosphere.

We offer 2 types of courses - sports preparation and karate for children, karate and self-defence for adults. Training sessions are held regularly under the guidance of professional trainers.

Offering Thai boxing and MMA lessons. We offer training for children in martial arts, CMTA, Thai boxing matches, kickboxing.

We combine elements of traditional martial arts and modern combat sports with an emphasis on practicality, including self-defense. Comprehensive physical development aimed at mastery in the traditional sense, presented in a fun way, in a safe, non-competitive environment.
