VING TSUN is a very effective real self-defense system with origins in China. We also teach the effective fighting style of ESCRIMA where you will learn to wield a knife, telescopic baton, pole, machetes and other weapons. In the SECURITY SYSTEM training area, we offer advanced combat and tactical courses.

Operation of the Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu school of Japanese martial arts containing 6 schools of Samurai skills and 3 schools of Ninjutsu. Teaching takes place in individual dojo throughout the country.

We teach the traditional Japanese martial art of drawing the sword quickly and achieving a quick victory over the opponent Takeda Ryu Iaido. The main disciplines of this school are Aiki ju jutsu, Iaido, Ken jutsu, Jodo, Ju-Kempo and Shuriken-jutsu.

We operate a martial arts school. We offer classes in conditioning boxing, MMA, Brazilian JIU-JITSU, kettlebell, open mat and gymnastics.

I offer martial art ju-jitsu lessons. These are methods of fighting without weapons, which included a variety of techniques for close combat. The fighting primarily involves strikes, punches, kicks, joint-locking and the use of small additional weapons. It is an effective form of self-defence.

Ving Tsun Kung Fu is a Chinese martial art focusing on real defense. Unlike other martial arts, Ving Tsun utilizes all aspects of fighting such as fist strikes, palm strikes, elbows, kicks, grabs and takedowns. Ving Tsun also focuses on ground fighting, fighting against armed attackers, and fighting against multiple attackers.

Offering martial arts courses. The training consists of training in basic fighting techniques of tai-jutsu (body art = traditional fighting without weapons) and training in fighting with weapons (sword, short sword, poles of different lengths, and other traditional weapons, as well as modern weapons of today).

I run a gym. I also provide comprehensive advice in fitness and nutrition. I offer fitness and hiit training, circuits, TacFit, self-defense and martial arts.
