We teach the Korean martial art of self-defense taekwondo itf. The main task is to pass on this martial art to all who are interested in it. We try to pass on the moral principles and ideas that the founder, General Choi Hong-hi, considered important even today.

Offering self-defence training and seminars. We specialize in sport combat disciplines. Trainers and instructors are available. We use protective suits for training and mock-ups of the human figure for practicing strikes.

You’ll strengthen your body, toughen your mind, and learn effective martial arts. Classes for children and teens ages 4 and up, men, women, and seniors. There’s a place for everyone here.

I offer training in traditional Japanese martial art of Iaido sword drawing (Muso Jikiden Eishin ryu).

Aikido - a set of self-defense techniques, helps to keep the body vital, flexible and active, awakens a strong and determined spirit and gives the joy of movement in a non-competitive, friendly atmosphere.
