Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art that combines elements of fighting, acrobatics, dance and music. We offer regular training sessions for adults and children from 4 years old, weekend seminars with international masters, the possibility to participate in the World Championships and European Championships, and comprehensive training based on traditional Brazilian philosophy.

We offer courses in Krav Maga, an Israeli self-defense system, for children, women, men, and seniors. We provide regular training sessions, private lessons, seminars, safety training, corporate courses, summer camps, and training focused on personal safety.

Offering traditional Chinese exercises and instruction in martial arts such as TAI-Chi. Beginners in the first year learn the basic principles of the exercises and are dedicated to studying the 9-form yang style routines and simple qigong.
