We teach Shotokan Karate (JKA) with love, enthusiasm, but also with fighting spirit. Our goal is a friendly atmosphere, mutual respect, but also good results at competitions. Karate is suitable for children and adults of any age, our home locations are Prague 10, Měcholupy and Štěrboholy.

Full-contact Shidokan style karate section. Shidokan includes not only traditional full-contact karate but also disciplines such as kick boxing, grappling and MMA. We offer training for the general public, from children to adults. Recruitment takes place at Tuesday and Wednesday training sessions.

We offer kickboxing and Ladiesfitkickboxing courses. Training schedule (90minutes): warm-up and warm-down, practicing individual techniques and combinations, laps, bag or sparring, strengthening of individual parts and stretching.
