Practicing Aikido is a pleasure. You can come to discover your hidden strength. We provide Aikido classes for all interested people regardless of age, gender, opinions, affiliations or other restrictions.

Classical boxing, Thaiboxing and Kickboxing classes.

We organize a sports club for children and youth focused on judo. We participate in tournaments and competitions in judo. We try to develop all-round mobility, increase physical and mental strength and endurance. The children learn basic movement skills, basic gymnastics and acrobatics, and tumbling technique.

Organizing courses of traditional Japanese martial art Kendo. We are the oldest Kendo club in our country and have been practicing Kendo since 1986. Our endeavor has always been and will continue to be to practice and spread Kendo as "The Way of the Sword" in the spirit of its deep traditions and philosophy.

Offering Tai Ji Quan, Qi Gong and Gong Fu classes.

We are engaged in teaching the Chinese martial arts of tai chi and chi kung. We offer beginner and advanced classes, preparatory exercises, individual lessons and Tai Chi Returning sets.

We offer year round WTF Taekwondo classes for children and adults. We provide ongoing recruitment, summer camps and competition opportunities. Classes are taught by black belt holders.

Taekwondo martial arts classes. We teach basic moves, combat training and self-defense. We participate in competitions and tournaments. Taekwondo can be actively practiced at virtually any age - from school age to retirement. We organize various camps.

We offer basic and advanced self-defense courses. With us you can try all the techniques to the fullest by our instructors. You will prepare for an attack by the perpetrator by practicing self-defense in model situations. Self-defense instructors from Charles University Faculty of Physical Education and Sports.

Our training center is a modern martial arts and sports center. We teach Kickboxing, Self-defense Jiu-Jitsu, Thaiboxing, BJJ, Grappling and MMA. The training is designed for children from 4 years old and adults in a fitness or competitive way. Initial training is free and recruitment takes place throughout the year.
