We conduct judo and self-defense training for children and youth. We try to develop all-round mobility, increase physical and mental strength and endurance. Offer Kyokushin karate classes. Main goal is to develop and teach full-contact style of Kyokushin Karate, followed by Muay Thai and Circuit training.
