Organizing courses of traditional Japanese martial art Kendo. We are the oldest Kendo club in our country and have been practicing Kendo since 1986. Our endeavor has always been and will continue to be to practice and spread Kendo as "The Way of the Sword" in the spirit of its deep traditions and philosophy.

Our training center is a modern martial arts and sports center. We teach Kickboxing, Self-defense Jiu-Jitsu, Thaiboxing, BJJ, Grappling and MMA. The training is designed for children from 4 years old and adults in a fitness or competitive way. Initial training is free and recruitment takes place throughout the year.

We conduct judo and self-defense training for children and youth. We aim to develop all-round mobility, increase physical and mental strength and stamina. Children will learn basic movement skills, basic gymnastics and acrobatics and fall technique.

Taekwondo martial arts training. We teach basic movements, combat training and self-defense. We participate in competitions and tournaments. Taekwondo can be actively practiced at virtually any age - from school age to retirement. We organize various camps.

Organising karate and self-defence courses for children aged six and over and teenagers.

We offer kickboxing and thaiboxing training. First training is free. We also offer grappling and circuit training. Kickboxing and Muay Thai Prague. Possibility of private training.
