Those interested can train under the supervision of an experienced coach, professional world champion in boxing organization GBF, finalist of the sportsman of the year, medalist of the Czech Championship in boxing and fitness, DANIEL VENCEL.

We are based on the most effective system of Krav Maga (Hebrew for "close combat"). Children deal with risky situations on a physical or preventative level. Classes include motor development, coordination of children's movements, strengthening and thematic games.

Self-defense courses. We offer a very effective system of real self-defense with origins in China. We also teach the effective Escrima fighting style, where you will learn how to use a knife, telescopic baton, pole, machetes and other weapons. In the Security System training area, we offer advanced combat and tactical courses.

Tae Kwon-Do is a Korean art of self-defense whose main mission is to defend an unarmed person against a stronger or armed attacker. We hold regular training sessions in the gym.
