We’re here for children, adults, and families. We help improve technique, develop competitive performance, and enjoy swimming for health and the joy of movement—in the pool, open water, and triathlons. We’ve been operating in Strahov since 2013, and using our own “Swimming with Plavel and Plavlina” method, we teach people to swim well, fast, and in a fun way.

We are a swimming school and club for children and adults. Immerse yourself in our world and swim great. We will teach you to swim fast, well and playfully. We have our own method of Swimming with Plavl and Plavlina. We have been here for you since 2013, originally as Swim Smooth.

We operate an indoor swimming pool. We organize swimming courses for children from 3 months to 16 years, babies, children with parents or without parents. We organize swimming for kindergartens and schools, lectures, talks and counseling. We rent out the premises (pool, hall, playroom, therapy room). The pool is also open for public swimming.
