We offer swimming for infants, toddlers and children. We provide exercise and swimming for pregnant women, water exercise (aquarobics) and for seniors, exercise for children from 4 months to 3 years. We provide fitness swimming for anyone who wants to swim or is looking for a complementary sport.

In the pleasant surroundings of Hotel Valnovka we offer swimming classes with children from 6 months to 7 years and swimming lessons for kindergarten and primary schools in Czech and English.

We run swimming classes for children with their parents in a modern swimming pool in a home environment. We offer swimming for babies - infants, toddlers and preschoolers. Instructors have an accredited course certificate. Possibility of renting the pool for families.

Swimming lessons for children ages 4 and up in Stodůlky. We offer swimming lessons for beginners through advanced swimmers, in small groups, taught by experienced instructors. You can make up missed lessons.
