It’s the perfect way to get kids moving—they’ll improve their swimming skills, become more comfortable in the water, learn the basics of freediving, and have lots of fun both underwater and on the surface.

We’re here for children, adults, and families. We help improve technique, develop competitive performance, and enjoy swimming for health and the joy of movement—in the pool, open water, and triathlons. We’ve been operating in Strahov since 2013, and using our own “Swimming with Plavel and Plavlina” method, we teach people to swim well, fast, and in a fun way.

We operate an indoor swimming pool. We organize swimming courses for children from 3 months to 16 years, babies, children with parents or without parents. We organize swimming for kindergartens and schools, lectures, talks and counseling. We rent out the premises (pool, hall, playroom, therapy room). The pool is also open for public swimming.
