We organize courses in yoga, shiatsu, classical massage, lymphatic massage, cupping, reflexology, Dorn method, Feldenkrais method, Tai-chi, Qigong, Tarot. Drumming workshops, dance workshops, voice workshops, and drawing workshops. We also hold experiential workshops.

We offer KI yoga classes. The morning class is lively, dynamic and invigorating, reflecting our need to wake up to the beginning of the day. The noon class develops strength, flexibility and zest for life. The evening class is slower, focusing on major changes through a specific connection between body and mind.

We offer yoga or pilates classes. We provide massages. We also provide children's classes which include yoga with animals, rhythmic exercises, melodic exercises, dancing or baby massage.
