Bikram yoga has a strong detoxifying effect on the human body and has a positive effect on the psyche. It actively rids the human body of harmful substances, relieves stress and gives energy.

We offer yoga courses. We organize summer camps, weekend events, yoga classes with English for all ages and pregnant women.

Yoga studio in the city centre with Iyengar yoga classes under the guidance of a certified teacher and health yoga classes. We run open classes, closed classes and individual classes. The studio is fully equipped with yoga tools.

I offer yoga classes for healthy back and power yoga. I organize one-day/weekend classes of Pelvic Floor School Playfully Healthy.

We offer KI yoga classes. The morning class is lively, dynamic and invigorating, reflecting our need to wake up to the beginning of the day. The noon class develops strength, flexibility and zest for life. The evening class is slower, focusing on major changes through a specific connection between body and mind.

In the tranquil environment of our studio you can practice everything related to yoga. You can come and try yoga for a healthy back or for sedentary work, yoga routines for health, power yoga or any of the studio's events.
