We offer online courses focused on mental wellbeing and mental health. We connect the body and mind through mindfulness meditations, yoga and breathing exercises. With our techniques, you can create healthy habits for everyday life to improve your stress management and overall well-being.

I am a certified Awakening therapist and trainer.

I offer yoga classes focused on healthy movement, back pain relief, stretching and strengthening the body. I teach group classes, gentle and dynamic yoga and I also do hormone yoga for women and immunity, pelvic floor yoga, facial yoga and online programs. My goal is to make yoga accessible to beginners.

Physiotherapeutic yoga.

We run a year-round eco-centre, suitable for meditation and relaxation, dance and craft classes, seminars, workshops, exercise, yoga and music therapy. Accommodation is available in shared rooms or suites. We provide very tasty vegetarian meals made from organic food.
