The purpose of the society is to run a dance and yoga centre, to develop civil society physically, spiritually, mentally and socially and to promote the development of community life. To promote and run courses, workshops and educational events.

Yoga is not an exercise, it is a lifestyle and philosophy, a state of mind. It's not just about the postures, it's about the whole understanding of the concept of yoga. I do holistic physiotherapy. I offer online physiotherapy yoga courses.

Providing physical education and sports services with a focus on Zumba, Power Yoga, Step aerobics and jumping. I provide classical, reflexology, lymphatic, Thai and Chinese massage. I organize sports trips to Croatia. Exercise courses for children and parents. Infrared sauna, collagenarium, solarium, vacustyler.

We look into the physical and mental fields and still have our feet on the ground. We offer gentle and dynamic yoga classes, for beginners and advanced. Also children's yoga, teens yoga. Special Onco Yoga classes. Single entry, season passes available. There are changing rooms or refreshments in the form of tea or coffee.

We run an intimate yoga studio. A place where the breath slows down, the mind calms down and the body finds balance. Classes are held in a small circle of up to 6 people to maintain calm and a personal touch. For meditation sessions, the studio is open for up to 8 people.

We offer classical yoga classes, summer yoga retreats, massages according to Ayurveda and Tantra, individual consultations.

I deal with issues of impaired communication skills through speech therapy and restoring the connection of the individual self with the universal Being-Yoga. In yoga classes you will encounter the Hatha Yoga system of asanas, kriyas, mudras and more mostly from Swami Geethananda. Classes are designed for beginners and intermediate students.
