I offer courses in hormonal yoga, according to Dinah Rodrigues. I am a certified teacher with many years of experience. Among other things, we also practice classical hatha yoga, according to the school of Mr. and Mrs. Zikes.

We organise yoga and power yoga classes and sessions.

The vision of our studio is to tune the body into well-being through functional movement, breath and also through frequency therapy. Of course, we offer a cozy and clean environment, professionalism and experience. We use a special method of exercise, the effects of which you will experience during the lesson.

We have been providing expert care for 29 years to children, adolescents and adults: craniosacral biodynamic therapy, aromatherapy massage, spelling massage, chirophonetics, children's harmonizing massage, yoga for women and children's yoga.

I am a certified yoga instructor with 10 years of experience. I focus on classes for a healthy back, yoga therapy and Vinyasa yoga. I offer individual yoga lessons and yoga retreats in the Czech Republic and abroad.

The yoga studio is focused on practicing different types of yoga with an individual approach. Exercise takes place in a quiet and pleasant family-type environment with a maximum capacity of 10 clients in the newly renovated studio premises. All equipment is prepared for you right in the studio.
