We organise yoga and power yoga classes and sessions.

The vision of our studio is to tune the body into well-being through functional movement, breath and also through frequency therapy. Of course, we offer a cozy and clean environment, professionalism and experience. We use a special method of exercise, the effects of which you will experience during the lesson.

In our practice, we combine yoga and Ayurveda to help others find a balance of body and mind. We offer individual classes that focus on breathing, discipline and personal transformation. Our philosophy is based on a deep understanding and love of these two disciplines.

The yoga studio is focused on practicing different types of yoga with an individual approach. Exercise takes place in a quiet and pleasant family-type environment with a maximum capacity of 10 clients in the newly renovated studio premises. All equipment is prepared for you right in the studio.

I am a certified yoga instructor with 10 years of experience. I focus on classes for a healthy back, yoga therapy and Vinyasa yoga. I offer individual yoga lessons and yoga retreats in the Czech Republic and abroad.

The MY YOGA concept provides a personal and friendly environment for your yoga and pilates practice. Individual and group classes, yoga and pilates for closed groups, businesses or kids yoga groups.

Year-round courses in integral yoga and intensive tantra. We offer weekly two hour classes, demonstration classes from home, individual attention, printed courses, spiritual family background. Courses include practices beneficial to your health.

We offer yoga classes led by experienced teachers, massages and a meeting space. Our studio is complete with a library of yoga literature and original mandalas.

I offer Vinyasa Yoga classes for adults and Teenage Yoga classes for children 11 - 16 years old. For beginners and advanced yogis.
