We are a yoga studio offering physio yoga, yoga for stress, yoga therapy, yoga with puppies, workshops and yoga retreats.

Courses of yoga, hormonal yoga for women, yoga stays in the Czech Republic and abroad, individual therapy and counselling in the field of health and lifestyle, psychonetic therapies (individual and couple), self-education programmes and workshops, work with groups and coaching.

I organize courses of Face Yoga, taping. Which is natural facial rejuvenation. I also have a mobile wet pedicure. So I can teach you how to rejuvenate your face, but I can also rejuvenate your feet.

Yoga from the Kundalini Yoga tradition according to Yogi Bhajan (classes, workshops and individual therapy), Awakening massage therapy, sound healing with Tibetan bowls and gongs and also my original work.

We run a year-round eco-centre, suitable for meditation and relaxation, dance and craft classes, seminars, workshops, exercise, yoga and music therapy. Accommodation is available in shared rooms or suites. We provide very tasty vegetarian meals made from organic food.

We are a Czech-Indian family passionate about yoga and meditation. We organize yoga and meditation events, instructor courses, relaxation and self-discovery retreats. In Europe from spring to autumn. For winter we usually go to India where we organize exotic yoga retreats by the sea and spend time with the Indian part of the family.
