I practice health exercise classes, pilates and yoga. Classes are professionally led, designed for a limited number of practitioners and are for women and men regardless of age or fitness level. You can join at any time even as a complete beginner, the workload can be very well adapted to your fitness and current state of health.

We run a movement studio, offering classes in power yoga, ashtanga vinyasa yoga, hatha yoga and gentle yoga. We also teach tai-chi, chi-kung, nei-kung, oriental dance, meditation, stabilization exercises, etc. Registration is done through individual teachers.

I offer regenerative oil massage of the whole body, Zen-Touch shiatsu massage, cupping, manual lymphatic drainage and more. I provide individual and group yoga classes, Chi Kung, Tai Chi and health exercises. Also available in your home.
