Yoga for everyone from children and parents to senior(k)s to tired managers and athletes: we teach Hatha Yoga, HOT Yoga at 42°C, dynamic Vinyasa, Yin Yoga or relaxation yoga. We organize seminars and offer individual lessons at our place and at the client's place. We also run a shop with yoga-tested equipment.

We exercise individually, in groups of three, or in a circuit for up to 6 people, where you’ll try out not only the Reformer and Pilates Chair but also other Pilates equipment.
