Fall in love with Pilates on the Reformer and Wunda Chair, with all the benefits they offer—strength, flexibility, fitness, rehabilitation, and body sculpting. We exercise individually, in groups of three, or in a circuit for up to 6 people, where you’ll try out not only the Reformer and Pilates Chair but also other Pilates equipment.

Right in the heart of the city, we’ve created a studio where you can come every day for yoga, Pilates, or barre and enjoy a moment of relaxation. You can have a cup of coffee here, read, chat, or just be. Dům jógy Hybernská is a place where you’ll feel right at home. It’s your home for both movement and tranquility.

Yoga for everyone from children and parents to senior(k)s to tired managers and athletes: we teach Hatha Yoga, HOT Yoga at 42°C, dynamic Vinyasa, Yin Yoga or relaxation yoga. We organize seminars and offer individual lessons at our place and at the client's place. We also run a shop with yoga-tested equipment.
