Fall in love with Pilates on the Reformer and Wunda Chair, with all the benefits they offer—strength, flexibility, fitness, rehabilitation, and body sculpting. We exercise individually, in groups of three, or in a circuit for up to 6 people, where you’ll try out not only the Reformer and Pilates Chair but also other Pilates equipment.

Yoga for everyone from children and parents to senior(k)s to tired managers and athletes: we teach Hatha Yoga, HOT Yoga at 42°C, dynamic Vinyasa, Yin Yoga or relaxation yoga. We organize seminars and offer individual lessons at our place and at the client's place. We also run a shop with yoga-tested equipment.
