We help our clients discover the power of facial muscles and care for the body and mind through yoga, facial yoga and taping. Our classes and trainings promote natural beauty and self-confidence. In our e-shop you can purchase tapes, restorative lotions and face masks.

I practice health exercise classes, pilates and yoga. Classes are professionally led, designed for a limited number of practitioners and are for women and men regardless of age or fitness level. You can join at any time even as a complete beginner, the workload can be very well adapted to your fitness and current state of health.
