Yoga for everyone from children and parents to senior(k)s to tired managers and athletes: we teach Hatha Yoga, HOT Yoga at 42°C, dynamic Vinyasa, Yin Yoga or relaxation yoga. We organize seminars and offer individual lessons at our place and at the client's place. We also run a shop with yoga-tested equipment.

We offer a wide range of yoga classes and movement games for all generations. Our programs include children's yoga, baby classes and adult classes. We believe that getting moving can be fun for the whole family and look forward to times of movement and joy together.

We offer a wide range of workshops focusing on Iyengar yoga and Yogalates, which combine elements of yoga and pilates. Our classes strengthen deep muscles, improve flexibility and balance. We look forward to practicing together and developing your practice.
