We have been organizing yoga courses, individual and special thematic classes here since 2010. We are now opening a course for beginners.

We offer Hatha Yoga classes for beginners and advanced. Yoga can be practiced by men and women of all ages. Although yoga is a slow activity on the surface, you will be surprised how good it is for your entire psychophysical state. The practice time is 90 minutes.

Yoga and pilates classes for your body and mind. Gentle yoga, power yoga, yoga for beginners, asthanga yoga, yoga for a healthy back, yoga outdoors, yogalates, pilates and more. Group classes, themed workshops, seminars or individual lessons.
