We organize weekend yoga classes in beautiful resorts in various places in the Czech Republic. On our weekends you will encounter both classical and dynamic concepts of yoga. We hold regular classes in Sluštice.

Irena and Robert Hübler. We are married and both yoga instructors. We practice in the beautiful and harmonious environment of the Maitrea kindergarten in Sluštice. We have been organizing yoga courses, individual and special thematic classes here since 2010. We are now opening a course for beginners.

We offer Hatha Yoga classes for beginners and advanced. Yoga can be practiced by men and women of all ages. Although yoga is a slow activity on the surface, you will be surprised how good it is for your entire psychophysical state. The practice time is 90 minutes.
