I am a 2nd class yoga practitioner focusing on the health aspects of yoga, a practitioner of Dinah Rodriguez Hormonal Yoga Therapy, Mohenjo Yoga for Women, Pregnancy Yoga and Yoni Yoga. I am also a postpartum doula and guide for women on their journey to self.

We offer health exercises aimed at strengthening muscles, improving flexibility and preventing injuries. Our classes include breathing exercises, relaxation techniques and aromatherapy. Exercise is suitable for all ages and takes place in small groups, ensuring a personalised approach.
