We offer a wide range of services from activities for the "healthy and predatory" to highly specialized exercises for groups with special needs (back and joint pain, pregnant, postpartum, adolescents, seniors). I am a certified yoga teacher and offer traditional yoga classes. Classes are taught at a relaxed pace, you will learn basic asanas, breath work and relaxation.
