I have been leading yoga classes since 2017. My domain is Hatha Yoga, which I lead in the traditional disciplined Indian style that I was taught, and with respect for Hatha Yoga principles and practices.

Keshu Yoga helps build a strong, functional and healthy body while calming the mind through mindful movement and breath.

Organizing weekend and weekly programs in yoga, ecology, alternative medicine, nutrition and art techniques. The movie Castle Infinity was filmed in a local castle.
