Regular yoga classes - twice a week in the House at Petras, on Mondays and Thursdays.

In the tranquil environment of our studio you can practice everything related to yoga. You can come and try yoga for a healthy back or for sedentary work, yoga routines for health, power yoga or any of the studio's events.

Bikram yoga classes offered. The basis of the entire studio is the exercise room heated to a temperature of 42°C. Bikram yoga has a strong detoxifying effect on the human body and has a positive effect on the psyche. It actively rids the human body of harmful substances, relieves stress and gives energy.

I have been conducting courses for all generations for a long time in several locations in the Strakonice district and beyond. I organize self-development workshops, I make yoga aids and custom-made buckwheat pillows.
