I offer yoga classes.

We offer swimming lessons and mermaiding courses for children, which teaches them to control the water in a playful way. Costumes in different colours are available. We swim through the sea together and build team spirit. With us, children learn to swim with a smile on their face.

We offer kite courses. We teach kiteboarding, snowkiting, buggykiting and landkiting in 15 locations in the Czech Republic and abroad: Prague, Brno, Ostrava, Lefkada in Greece, Rügen in Germany and Hurghada in Egypt. Rental, active holidays and adrenaline experience.

I coach children and adults, competitive and recreational players. I co-organize summer tennis camps for children aged five to 15 as part of the Wet Horakow club.

I run a tennis school. I train children in groups and individually. Indoor or outdoor courts are available. We organize and participate in various competitions. Children participate in team competitions within the South Moravian Region and the whole Czech Republic. During holidays we organize suburban camps.

We operate a ski and snowboard school.

We offer kite courses. A gift for selected courses: a kit-shaped car smell. We focus on teaching kiteboarding, snowkiting, buggykiting and landkiting in the Czech Republic and abroad. We offer courses in Germany, Poland, Greece and Egypt. We also run a kite rental service.

I offer martial art ju-jitsu lessons. These are methods of fighting without weapons, which included a variety of techniques for close combat. The fighting primarily involves strikes, punches, kicks, joint-locking and the use of small additional weapons. It is an effective form of self-defence.

A studio focused on yoga and movement classes promoting physical and mental balance. Offering various styles of yoga, pilates, qigong, jumping and other exercises, including workshops, classes and individual lessons.

We offer therapeutic yoga that focuses on the healthy and harmonious development of the individual. We emphasize mindful presence and correct posture, which contributes to the prevention of back and joint pain. Our classes incorporate elements of hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga and physiotherapy insights.
