Operation of fitness center. Sports and exercise programs are provided by certified instructors on specialized sports equipment. We organize classes of zumba, spinning, jumping, fitball, pilates and others.

Operation of a summer hockey school run by an international team of coaches focusing on young hockey players mastering the basics of skating and individual hockey technique.

We organize sports courses and events. We focus on kite, ferrata and wild water. We teach in small groups and pride ourselves on a personal approach.

I deal with issues of impaired communication skills through speech therapy and restoring the connection of the individual self with the universal Being-Yoga. In yoga classes you will encounter the Hatha Yoga system of asanas, kriyas, mudras and more mostly from Swami Geethananda. Classes are designed for beginners and intermediate students.
