We run a ski school offering skiing, carving, snowboarding and telemark lessons. We sell accredited courses for instructors and individual tuition. We offer tours abroad for individuals, groups or companies. We go to locations in the Austrian and Italian Alps.

We are engaged in the study of yoga. The Yoga in Daily Life system is a comprehensive system of physical, breathing, relaxation and meditation techniques. In this spirit, we organize yoga and meditation classes for all ages, even for children. We also sell publications focusing on yoga and this whole system.

We are engaged in teaching self-defense Jiu-Jitsu.

We offer complete winter sports and fun lessons. Whether you are 3, 30 or 90 years old, we have something that interests you. You can be a complete beginner or a competitive skier, there is always room for improvement and we know how to do it. Equipment can be rented.

We operate a sports complex with a wide range of sports, relaxation and cultural opportunities - beach sports, football, fitness, squash, netball, table tennis and all year round.

Learning how to start running with your dog and learning to pull a scooter. I will bring two types of Kostka scooters to the lesson and we will harness the dog together. We operate a hockey school. We offer skating and English lessons, training sessions. Our goal is to teach, educate and help those of you who are interested in ice hockey, coaching, sports and English. I offer courses in downhill skiing, snowboarding, carving or boat handling and boating training. I provide individual and group lessons.

Operation of aikido club. Training is conducted by Martin Janicek, holder of the 3rd dan, or Martin Hawiger, holder of the 2nd dan. We regularly recruit new members once a year. We organize various internships, summer schools and other events.
