In this spirit, we organize yoga and meditation classes for all ages, even for children. We also sell publications focusing on yoga and this whole system.

We offer complete winter sports and fun lessons. Whether you are 3, 30 or 90 years old, we have something that interests you. You can be a complete beginner or a competitive skier, there is always room for improvement and we know how to do it. Equipment can be rented.
