Our goal is to teach, educate and help those of you who are interested in ice hockey, coaching, sports and English. We organize summer and winter outdoor climbing courses. We offer courses in rock climbing, on artificial walls or tactical climbing and rappelling.

We are engaged in organizing courses for trainers, coaches or referees. We organize physical education courses. We focus on organizing sports and cultural events.

Operation of aikido club. Training is conducted by Martin Janicek, holder of the 3rd dan, or Martin Hawiger, holder of the 2nd dan. We regularly recruit new members once a year. We organize various internships, summer schools and other events.

We are engaged in teaching self-defense Jiu-Jitsu.

We run a ski school. We offer courses for children and adults, both snowboarding and skiing. Short and long term courses are available. We organise courses for individuals, groups and primary schools.

We are engaged in the study of yoga. The Yoga in Daily Life system is a comprehensive system of physical, breathing, relaxation and meditation techniques. In this spirit, we organize yoga and meditation classes for all ages, even for children. We also sell publications focusing on yoga and this whole system.
