Operation of a swimming school. Offering aqua aerobics, health swimming and a prep school where children learn the basics of swimming. We organise public competitive events for all ages and whole families.

We run a movement studio for children.

Under the auspices of the CSSLS and accreditation of the Ministry of Education and Science, we organize basic and advanced instructor courses in skiing and snowboarding. The courses are intended for interested members of the public, hobby organizations, primary and kindergarten schools, children and youth homes or other organizations working with children and youth.

Operation of sports classes focused on aerobic exercises on special mechanical belts under the guidance of an instructor. Classes are based on the natural movement of walking and are aimed at burning fat, improving fitness, endurance and overall physical fitness.

Teaching and training in real self-defense for women, students and corporate employees, tailored to their profession. We organize seminars. We provide training in the basics of karate, judo and other combat sports and acrobatics.
