At our boat school we offer courses for the small craft skipper's licence. We teach basic boat handling and safety in a friendly atmosphere. Courses are conducted in realistic conditions, with an emphasis on practical skills and safety.

The diving courses are divided according to the experience and needs of the client and as a first step, the OWD instrument diving course is offered for complete beginners, where you will learn about the equipment, the necessary theory for divers and in the practical part you will have training in the pool and open water in nature.

Organization of group fitness classes on trampolines focused on dynamic movement, burning calories and improving fitness. Classes combine aerobic and strength elements to the rhythm of music and are suitable for beginners and advanced.

We offer aerobics, step, bodystyling, bosu, power yoga and cycling. We offer courses for beginners and advanced instructors in modern forms of aerobic exercise. We provide both theoretical and practical instruction. We organize foreign sports tours.

We offer the Feldenkrais® method, which uses mindful movement to improve quality of life and develop neuroplasticity. Our classes and training provide new perspectives on movement and body awareness. We also have a book, Moving to Self-Awareness, with complete information about the method.

Construction of low and high rope obstacles. Climbing courses on artificial wall and rock. We provide rope climbing, kiene's swing, ropes courses and slackline. We operate a mobile rope centre.
