We run a diving school. We start courses according to the individual needs of the applicant. We conduct courses at quarries and dams in the Czech Republic and in lakes abroad. We prepare candidates for diving under ice and carry out exercises in crisis management.

Our community focuses on Nordic walking, which is a natural and effective way for everyone to move. We are also dedicated to bodyweight training and nutrition to promote a healthy lifestyle. Together we build relationships, motivate each other and discover the beauty of nature while taking care of our health.

Organization and realization of physical and sport activities for all ages, with emphasis on fitness walking and health of body and soul. The program includes group walking lessons and other exercises promoting the physical and mental well-being of participants.

We offer a motocross and quad bike school for children, where we focus on developing their skills and technique. Our experienced riders impart knowledge and children learn from the basics through to race preparation. We are happy to advise on equipment and progression in this exciting sport.

We offer a wide range of courses focused on facial yoga and facial taping. We are happy to teach you techniques that you can easily master at home. Our courses are designed to support your regular practice and contribute to youthful looking skin.

We offer horse riding lessons in a pleasant and friendly environment. Our horses live in natural conditions with plenty of space. We focus on an individual approach so that each rider takes away a positive experience and a desire to return. We also organize programs for children who want to learn to ride.

We offer year-round tennis lessons at your place of residence for all children regardless of age: preschoolers 4 - 6 years old, elementary school children 6 - 10 years old, girls and boys 10 - 15 years old. In the summer we organize suburban camps and courses for adults. Children are taught by CTS and FTVS coaches, proven by long-term cooperation in our TS.

In our yoga studio we offer group and individual yoga classes that promote harmony of body and mind. We focus on healthy movement patterns and breathing techniques that promote both recovery and relaxation. We are happy to guide you on a path to inner knowing and contentment.
