We offer Hatha Yoga and Yoga Gymnastics classes. We are an organization with 50 years of tradition and a team of quality practitioners. In addition to exercise, we organize group outings, yoga weekends and other club activities.

We offer in-line skating courses. We provide complete training on skates.

A space dedicated to the practice of yoga and meditation. We also offer movement stays and season passes.

We offer year-round tennis lessons at your place of residence for all children regardless of age: preschoolers 4 - 6 years old, elementary school children 6 - 10 years old, girls and boys 10 - 15 years old. In the summer we organize suburban camps and courses for adults. Children are taught by CTS and FTVS coaches, proven by long-term cooperation in our TS.

We offer quality football training for children, focused on technical skills, speed and teamwork. Our goal is to produce confident soccer players who improve not only on the field, but also personally. Our academy prides itself on its individual approach and modern training methods.

We offer tennis school services, year round lessons for children and adults, beginners and advanced. Individual and group training available.

We offer taekwondo club management or taekwondo lessons. We organize continuous recruitment of new members. Classes are for children from 6 to 14 years old and for adults. For new practitioners, there is a specialized beginner's instructional program to introduce them to taekwondo.
