Irena and Robert Hübler. We are married and both yoga instructors. We practice in the beautiful and harmonious environment of the Maitrea kindergarten in Sluštice. We have been organizing yoga courses, individual and special thematic classes here since 2010. We are now opening a course for beginners.

We offer professional Nordic Walking courses with certified instructors and at affordable prices. Nordic Walking engages more than 90% of the muscles in the body, including upper body muscles that are not used as much during normal walking. Regular Nordic Walking improves the function of the heart and circulatory system.

Korean self-defense training. Organizing weekend camps and courses. Our school is an organizer of masters league rounds. Recruitments take place all year round by individual agreement. Training is for pre-school children aged 6 and up, students, juniors, seniors, and parents with children.

I am a Nordic Walking instructor with accreditation from the Ministry of Education and Science. I am a guide for daily healthy movement, healthy diet and holistic approach. I offer individual or group courses in the basics of Nordic Walking, as well as regular lessons every week.

We organize inline skating courses for the public. We provide instructor services.

Together we offer unique Light Soul meditations that combine spirituality and modern science. Our programs include harmonizing retreats, yoga therapy, Nordic Walking, and online courses.
