We have been organizing yoga courses, individual and special thematic classes here since 2010. We are now opening a course for beginners.

We offer professional Nordic Walking courses with certified instructors and at affordable prices. Nordic Walking engages more than 90% of the muscles in the body, including upper body muscles that are not used as much during normal walking. Regular Nordic Walking improves the function of the heart and circulatory system.

We offer comprehensive soccer development for male and female players at training sessions and camps. We focus on technique, tactics, fitness and mental coaching.
