We are a training centre focused on retraining courses in the field of sport. We are accredited by the Ministry of Education and provide retraining courses for yoga instructors, pilates instructors, health physical education instructors, dance instructors and outdoor instructors.

Regular exercise for children from 4 to 11 years old. Under the guidance of an experienced coach, children will improve their movement skills in a playful way, which they can then apply in judo. Includes elements of gymnastics, basic tumbling techniques, active games and use of tools, parkour techniques, stretching and light weight training.

We offer a wide range of classes for children and adults, focusing on gymnastics, aerobics and general sports training. Our athletes participate in competitions and achieve success at national and international level. We teach children basic movement skills and develop their talent for sport.
