We teach children the basics of football mainly through fun, movement, preparatory games and game exercises.

We run a yacht club. We provide cruises and sport cruises on a turnkey basis. We offer advice in the field of yachting. We have a wide selection in our library. We organise practical courses in nautical yachting for the Department of Transport licence.

We organize martial arts and judo classes.

We offer Taichi (Taichi) and Qigong (Qigong) exercises for beginners, women and men for strong health and self-defense skills. Training 2 - 3 times a week, weekend seminars, camps and retreats. Taichi training for children.

We are a sports club focusing on Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). We train from children, beginners, advanced to the best Czech professional fighters.

We offer year-round tennis lessons at your place of residence for all children regardless of age: preschoolers 4 - 6 years old, elementary school children 6 - 10 years old, girls and boys 10 - 15 years old. In the summer we organize suburban camps and courses for adults. Children are taught by CTS and FTVS coaches, proven by long-term cooperation in our TS.

I offer aqua-aerobics classes.

Regular exercise for children from 4 to 11 years old. Under the guidance of an experienced coach, children will improve their movement skills in a playful way, which they can then apply in judo. Includes elements of gymnastics, basic tumbling techniques, active games and use of tools, parkour techniques, stretching and light weight training.

We conduct judo and self-defense training for children and youth. We develop all-round mobility, physical and mental strength.
