The European House of Yoga Light is the fulfilment of a vision to create a space where people from the yoga field can come together.

We offer skiing and snowboarding courses that prepare participants to teach children and adults.

Individual skills instruction and MTB terrain club, suburban camps, in-line skating and speed skating lessons, skiing, cross-country, snowboarding, water hiking, fitness training and exercise, nutrition counseling.

Under the auspices of the CSSLS and accreditation of the Ministry of Education and Science, we organize basic and advanced instructor courses in skiing and snowboarding. The courses are intended for interested members of the public, hobby organizations, primary and kindergarten schools, children and youth homes or other organizations working with children and youth.

We are an outdoor activities organization that organizes various courses, experiential and corporate events, and provides advice on outdoor sports and activities. Clients can also use our rental service. Climbing courses, Via Ferrata, snowshoe trips, skialp courses, survival courses, etc.

We offer beginners, intermediate and runners with performance ambitions coaching based on regular communication.

We operate a flight school, aircraft rental, aerotaxi and aviation services at Vyškov Airport. We provide advertising, photographic and observation flights. We provide expert advice and consultation. We offer training focusing on aerobatics, parachutes, night flights and aerotows.

We offer dynamic yoga classes focused on breath and mindfulness. We practice ashtanga vinyasa yoga, which teaches us to deepen our connection with ourselves. Each class includes a series of asanas, breathing techniques and relaxation.

We offer combat courses for children and adults.

I offer sports courses. I do pilates, foam rollers and chair exercises. During the classes I focus on strengthening deep abdominal muscles, functional pelvic floor, balance exercises. The exercises help eliminate back pain, muscle imbalances, and teach clients proper breathing.
