In the courses we teach safety rules of climbing on artificial walls, knots, types of belaying equipment and belaying, basics and principles of climbing movement, fall arrest, movement in rocks and mountains, first aid and more.

We offer space for sports activities and organizing trainings, seminars or workshops. You can choose your favorite exercise or rent a meeting space. Parents can enjoy a coffee while the children play on the sports equipment.
